Processing Time

Each mailbox is made by hand after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 20 days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time

Once completed, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to make changes once your order has entered production or has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
