Because each mailbox is handmade specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your mailbox arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
